Ingredients:
Crust
16 graham crackers (crumbs)
1/3 cup *COOKING OIL from ingredient
1/3 cup white sugar
Pie
1 box of instant chocolate pudding (5.9oz)
3 cups milk (depending on brand of pudding, you may need less or more. see box for exact measurements)
8 0z tub of cool whip (whipped cream)
1 chocolate bar of choice for topping (optional)
Directions:
Crust
In a bowl or blender, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted *COOKING OIL, and sugar until you achieve a damp sand consistency (Using a blender will ease the process but is not necessary)
Press the mixture into a standard size pie pan, evenly covering the bottom and sides completely
Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes
Remove Pie Crust and allow it to chill completely before adding in pie mixture
Pie filling
Using the instructions on the box, prepare the instant pudding
Layer 1:
Pour 1 1/2 cups of pudding into the bottom of the pie crust (this does not need to be exact. You're aiming to use about half of the pudding for this layer)
Smooth the first layer of pudding until the bottom is completely covered
Layer 2:
Mix the remaining chocolate pudding (approximately 1 1/2 cups) with half of the whipped cream (4oz).
Spread half of the mixture over the base layer of filling
Layer 3:
Add half of what is left of the whipped cream (2oz) into the leftover pudding/whipped cream mixture
Mix well and spread over the previous layer
Topping:
Carefully spread the remaining whipped cream (2oz) over the previous layer
Optional: Using a potato peeler, shave chocolate bar into little swirls to sprinkle over your pie
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
NOTES*
For dosage purposes, note that this recipe calls for 1/3 cup of infused *COOKING OIL (equaling 16 teaspoons). Please see packaging to determine if our *EXTRA STRENGTH COOKING OIL or regular strength *COOKING OIL would be more appropriate for your desired potency.
If you find that your crust is a bit too crumbly, use a clean spray bottle to lightly mist the graham cracker mix while pressing it into the pie dish. Alternatively, molding your crust with clean, damp hands will help add moisture and make it easier to mold
